You can choose any of the three convenient pickup points below.
At what time does the concert officially start?
As per Move Concerts, the concert starts promptly at 9:00 PM.
When should I arrive for the pickup?
We ask that you arrive at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Buses will leave promptly — there is no refunds for missed departures.
How will you handle the bus return after the concert?
Our staff will be waiting near the venue after the show. We will let you know where to pick up your bus transfer and provide instructions for the return meeting spot. Our goal is to depart 30-45 minutes promptly after the concert.
Do I need to print anything for boarding?
No need to print! You’ll receive a QR code or digital confirmation via email. Just show it on your phone when boarding. You may also print your confirmation and present it in person upon boarding the bus.
Will there be someone to help us if something goes wrong?
Yes! A Vámonos staff member will ride with each bus and be available before and after the show. You’ll also receive a contact number in case of emergency.
Can I ride one-way only?
Our pricing is for roundtrip only and cannot be split or discounted for one-way use.
Are seats assigned on the bus?
No, seats are first come, first served. If you’re traveling in a group, we recommend arriving early to sit together.
Can children ride the bus?
Yes, but everyone must have a paid seat, regardless of age. Please note that the concert may not be suitable for young children.
What if I miss the bus?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule for missed pickups. Please arrive early to ensure your spot.
What should I bring on the bus?
Can I leave belongings on the bus during the concert?
No, we do not recommend leaving valuables on the bus. You will most likely return on a different coach bus. Vámonos is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Do I need cash?
We recommend bringing a small amount for merchandise or outside vendors, but most indoor/outdoor venues and vendors accept credit/debit cards.
Can I change my pickup location or date?
